Orders

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day and 7 days a week using our Order Form. Placing and using our online order form is NOT a binding purchase order. Our staff will still verify your entry and our stocks. You will be notified via email, upon receipt of your order. Orders are then processed Mondays to Saturdays 9:00 am to 6:00pm. In certain instances, Sundays and holidays depending on volume of orders. If your order is approved and product availability is confirmed, we will be sending you an email containing payment instructions, final amount, possible discounts and other details.

Payment - 6 Ways To Pay Us

3. Local Online Fund Transfer. For buyers that has  E-ON Cyber Account, online transfer of funds is accepted. It is safe and convenient. No bank transfer fee, real-time payment verification and same day processing of order. ecBuyph.com highly recommends the E-ON cyber account to everybody but is not affiliated nor in partnership with Unionbank of the Philippines or any of its divisions. 4. Cash Payments. For special orders, we accept cash payment upon buyers' pick-up. And for corporate bulk orders, we can deliver COD. Only, we require irrevocable company Purchase Order.

5. Globe's G-CASH Payment System. New! For item less than P1000 value, buyer will add P10.00 as fee during the encashment on our side. Just add this to the cost of the item and the shipping fee. Shipping

All payments confirmed before 2:00 pm Mondays to Fridays, your ordered items will be packed, picked-up and shipped the same day by our authorized couriers, LBC Philippines and AIR21 mainly for domestic shipping and FedEx Express for international deliveries. Unless otherwise stated, for orders paid offline, all deliveries within the Philippines, our couriers strive to deliver the following day. Most of the time, next-day delivery is met. However, due to various parameters within the field, next-day delivery is NOT guaranteed. For international deliveries, standard delivery schedules of FedEx apply.

Shipping and handling cost is not that much. Depends on the item you'll get and item destination. For domestic deliveries, typically, it's in P50, P75, P100, P150 P200 increments. We offer FREE Shipping on selected items and volume orders. Higher valued items will merit higher shipping and handling cost.

Next day delivery in selected areas. All these couriers provide real-time order tracking and if available, your tracking number will be sent to you via email upon request. You can then track the shipment of your order on their respective sites:

Insurance

Insurance charges are included on the shipping fee therefore all items leaving our warehouse are insured. We assume responsibility for loss. And if proven, any damages arising from the handling and delivery of your goods, we'll be responsible for such.

Warranty

All our items are brand new and covered by a standard ecBuyph.com warranty. Warranty period for products covered shall commence from the date of original purchase. ecBuyph.com cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or abused by the customer. ecBuyph.com reserves the right to make final judgment regarding the nature of the alleged defect.
